Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase in original condition, unused, with the original tags & packaging. Once the return has been received, we will process your refund. Please note that the refunded amount applies to product(s) only, any shipping costs will not be refunded. For information on the returns procedure please see below.

Please Note:

Made to Order Akubra Hats (with a 3 month wait) & Made To Order RM Williams Boots cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Tents that have been opened and removed from their original packaging can not be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a new item altogether, the most efficient way for you to get it fast, is to place a new order for the correct size or item and follow our returns procedure below to get a refund for the original order.

Returns Process - Australian Order

Returns Process – Australian Orders

  1. Print the Returns Form, fill out the details.
  2. Send the product back to us with the ‘return form’ included. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed properly to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
  3. Send your return with your choice of either Parcel Post or Australia Post (with receipted delivery). To book a return please visit our returns portal.
        •   - Parcel Point: Select from hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies and newsagencies to drop off your parcel. The locations are open       weekends and after hours for your convenience. Pricing starts at just $6.95.
        •   - Australian Post: If you don’t have a Parcel Point location close to you, you can choose Australia Post Office as a return option on the           returns portal.
  4. Once received, your return will be processed for a refund.

 

Returns Process – International Orders

  1. Print the Returns Form, fill out the details.
  2. Send the product back to us with the ‘return form’ included. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed properly to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
  3. Please send your return with receipted delivery (keep the postal number) to:

ParcelPoint is a trackable returns service, with pricing starting from just $6.95. ParcelPoint locations can be found at hundreds of local stores in most major metropolitan areas of Australia, open 7 days a week.

 

How long does the returns process take?

Once your return has been received, we will process your product refund within 2 - 4 business days. Our team will send you an email once your return has been received & processed.

 

How are returns refunded?

Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the same way you paid; Credit Card or PayPal. Your refund will be processed into the same account your order payment came from. Please note that it can take up to 4 business days for the funds to show up in your account (depending on your card issuer).
