Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase in original condition, unused, with the original tags & packaging.

Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the return. Postage costs are not refunded.

We don’t cover return postage costs. However discounted postage labels are available for Australian orders for $10.95.

 

The following products can’t be returned:

   > Boots & shoes with dirt on the soles or heavy creasing in the leather

   > Made-to-order Akubra hats (send us an email if unsure)

   > Orders with custom embroidery

If there is a fault with a product contact us first, before sending back.

 

Sizing

If your hat fits loose and features an internal leather band: We recommend adding a hat filler or folded tissues tucked behind the band, as the inner leather band will shrink with time.

.Ebay orders: If the product was purchased through our eBay store, simply log into eBay, then to start a return following these steps:

   1. Find the item in your eBay Purchase history. and select Return this item.

   2. Select your reason for the return.

   3. Select Send.

   4. Then, use the link above to "Start a Return or Exchange".

 

How long does the returns process take?

Once your return has been received, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-4 business days. Our team will send you an email with an update.

 

How are returns refunded?

You will be refunded the same way you paid: Credit Card, PayPal or AfterPay. Your refund will be processed into the same account your order payment came from. Please note that it can take up to 4 business days for the funds to show up in your account (depending on your card issuer).
