Free Shipping - Australia
For orders with a cart value over $170, free shipping is available Australian-wide. The free shipping method is the regular Aus Post trackable service.
For Australian orders under $170, or all international orders, shipping prices are calculated by weight and based on prices charged to us from Australia Post. We do not charge a handling fee.
Free Insurance
Insurance is offered for FREE on all orders.
Please note: if you request “authority to leave delivery without a signature”, it will void the insurance for your order.
To lodge any claims on the insurance, we must wait 12 business days from the shipping date. It’s common that during this time, orders are either delivered or tracked down. If not, we will resend the goods or issue a refund.
Dispatch Times
As each order is for a single delivery, your order will be sent out at the latest dispatch date listed from the products ordered. This dispatch time is confirmed on the checkout page, before completing the order. If you would like the products sent separately, please place separate orders.
Same Day Dispatch
Same-day dispatch is available for in-stock items, as listed on the stock status. If multiple items are ordered or if the website stock has not been synced, the dispatch time is confirmed on the checkout page.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details by 5 pm on the day your order is dispatched. Please check your junk folder in case you can't see the email.
Other Dispatch Times
For any items that aren't in stock, a dispatch time will be displayed in the stock status on the product page. If multiple items are ordered or if the website stock has not been synced, the dispatch time is confirmed on the checkout page.

We endeavour to process and dispatch orders as fast as possible. We also strive to exceed our customers’ expectations. Delays can happen during holiday & peak periods or extreme weather conditions.
After your order has been dispatched and you have recieved your shipping confirmation email, the following delivery times occur:
Australian Deliveries
Registered Post: 2-5 business days for metro areas and 4-8 business days for regional areas.
Express Post: 1-2 business Days (for most metro destinations).
Courier Express: Next business Day (for most metro destinations).
International Deliveries
International Express Courier: 7-15 business days
Haven't received your delivery?
If your order has been dispatched and it's past the times listed above, we highly recommend checking your local post office, quoting your tracking number. Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, please first check your junk folder and then please email us here.
Delays
We strive to dispatch orders as fast as possible, but delays can occur with postal services. Unfortunately these delays are out of our control.
Everything Australian cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced with deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to, delays with: international customs processing, holiday/peak periods and extreme weather conditions.
Import Tax/Duty - International Orders
The payment of any customs duty or import taxes is the responsibility of the customer. Each country has different rules, and these rules are constantly changing. We recommend contacting your local tax office regarding specific questions about importing /recieving goods delivered internationally.
