If stock is listed as “Shipped same day”, the cut-off time is 3pm AEST. Excludes weekends & public holidays.

Delivery Times

The following times apply after the order has shipped:

•  Australian Orders = Delivery Times
•  International Orders = Approximately 5 to 12 business days

We endeavour to dispatch orders as fast as possible, but delays can happen.

If ordering multiple items, they will be sent as one package at the latest dispatch date listed. 

If you would like the products sent separately, please place separate orders.

Postage Prices

Prices are calculated by weight and are discounted.

Yes, we only sell authentic products. We are an authorised retailer for all of the brands we sell and only provide genuine products in new condition. We also honour all warranties provided by our brands.
