Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase in original condition, unused, with the original tags & packaging. Once the return has been received, we will process your refund. Please note that the refunded amount applies to product(s) only, any shipping costs will not be refunded. For information on the returns procedure please see below.

If you need a different size or a new item altogether, the most efficient way for you to get it fast, is to place a new order for the correct size or item and follow our returns procedure below to get a refund for the original order.

Returns Process – Australian Orders1. Print the Returns Form, fill out the details.
2. Send the product back to us with the ‘return form’ included. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed properly to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
3. Send your return with your choice of either Australia Post or Parcel Point. To book a return please select either of the following links:
- Australian Post: $8.95 - Follow the prompts. Select from hundreds of Australia Post Outlets, Street Posting Boxes & convenient third-party locations. Use printer-less returns by showing barcode on device. And access Collect & Return network (some are open 24/7).
- Parcel Point: $6.95 to $9.95 - Follow the prompts and print label. Select from hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies & newsagencies to drop off your parcel. The locations are open weekends & after hours for your convenience.
4. Once received, your return will be processed for a refund within 5 busniess days
Ebay orders: If the product was purchsed through our ebay store, simply log into ebay, then to start a return following these steps:
- Find the item in your eBay Purchase history. and select Return this item.
- Select your reason for the return.
- Select Send
- Once approval for the return has been given, please follow the returns process listed above.

Please note: returns sent with Parcel Point can take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive back to our warehouse.
How long does the returns process take?
Once your return has been received, we will process your product refund within 5 business days. Our team will send you an email once your return has been received & processed.
How are returns refunded?
Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the same way you paid; Credit Card, PayPal or AfterPay. Your refund will be processed into the same account your order payment came from. Please note that it can take up to 4 business days for the funds to show up in your account (depending on your card issuer).
