Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 90 days of purchase in original condition, unused, with the original tags & packaging. Once the return has been received, we will process your refund. The refunded amount applies to product(s) only, shipping costs are not refunded. For information on the returns procedure please see below.

 

Please note, the following products can’t be returned:

   > Boots & shoes with dirt on the soles or heavy creasing in the leather

   > Made-to-order Akubra hat sizes: 48 to 52 or 62+

   > Orders with custom embroidery

If your Akubra hat fits loose: We recommend adding a hat filler, as the inner leather band shrinks with time.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size or a new item altogether, the most efficient way is to place a new order for the correct size or item and follow our returns procedure below to get a refund for the original order.

 

Faulty Products

If there is a fault with a product contact us first before sending it back.

 

Australia Post Returns

Returns Process – Australian Orders

   1. Fill out the 'returns form' on the back of the packing slip (included with your delivery). If you can't locate the form, include a note with your: order number, name and email address. 

   2. Send the product back to us with the ‘return form’ included. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed properly to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.

   3. Send your return with our discounted Australian Post labels HERE for only $10

    • Select from hundreds of Australia Post Outlets, Street Post Boxes & convenient third-party locations. Use printer-less returns by showing the barcode on your phone. And access Collect & Return network (some are open 24/7).

   4. Once received, your return will be processed for a refund within 5 business days

 

.Ebay orders: If the product was purchased through our eBay store, simply log into eBay, then to start a return following these steps:

   1. Find the item in your eBay Purchase history. and select Return this item.

   2. Select your reason for the return.

   3. Select Send

   4. Please follow the returns process listed above.

Returns Process – International Orders

Please note: International return postage can be expensive, unfortunately this is out of our control.

How long does the returns process take?

Once your return has been received, we will process your product refund within 5 business days. Our team will send you an email once your return has been received & processed.

 

How are returns refunded?

Once your return has been received, you will be refunded the same way you paid; Credit Card, PayPal or AfterPay. Your refund will be processed into the same account your order payment came from. Please note that it can take up to 4 business days for the funds to show up in your account (depending on your card issuer).
